If you live local to us in North Brisbane or one of our partners, you do have the option to pick up your order personally. If you're in North Brisbane, just select "Pick Up" in the check out process. If you'd like to pick up from a distribution partner, just contact us and we'll be organise it case-by-case.

We pride ourselves on our speed and service. So, it is our goal to get it out and on its way to you as soon as possible - same day is our preference.

For fast moving items readily stocked, if the order is placed prior to 11am, we'll dispatch it same day.

For other items, there may be lead time on stock and item availability. As you might expect, this affects dispatch date. This isn't often long, but we'll keep you well informed in such instances.

If you’re looking to return, refund or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! 

Please note the following conditions for GO Industrial's returns and refund policy:

• Returns will be accepted for faulty or defective goods or any other non-excludable obligations of the Seller set out in the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or similar State and Territory legislation.

• Returns other than those referred to in (a) above, must be approved by the Seller named in the relevant Sales Invoice. These authorised returns must be freight prepaid and will only be accepted if they are in a saleable condition. The Seller reserves the right to charge a handling fee equal up to 30% of the price of the goods returned under this provision. Products specifically purchased, manufactured, machined or cut to size or to the Buyer's specification are not returnable unless they are of the kind referred to in (a) above.

1.  Intensity of usage; and, 
2.  Paint viscosity (thickness).

The combination of these factors will determine whether you need a DIY, small, midsize, or large airless spray unit.

When it comes to abrasives, Mirka’s Abranet is already market leading – The Abranet ACE makes it even better. 

The Abranet ACE bonds Abranet’s patented polyamide mesh backing to ceramic grain abrasives. The ceramic grains are supremely hard and is ideally suited to materials that would normally wear out and burn traditional abrasives. 

The Abranet ACE lasts up to 10x longer than normal paper abrasives as well as having the ability to reduce clogging, save time and provide you with the same high-quality finish. 

DEROS's come in three variations define by orbit size:

1. 8mm
2. 5mm
3. 2.5mm

Your choice of DEROS comes down to 2 factors – application and tolerance for scratch patterns.

If you are a contractor looking to sand back rougher substrates with speed - you will more than likely be after our 8mm DEROS. 

If you’re someone looking for the middle ground between efficiency, while maintaining a finer scratch patten, the 5mm orbit is the sander for you! Commonly for our painter and decorators with a mix of new and old repaints, the 5mm handles sanding patches, walls, skirting, frames and doors perfectly. For our automotive refinishers, this may be what you’re after for most repairs. 

If wanting to finest finish available in our random orbital sanders, the 2.5mm will be ideal. Applications could include epoxy tables, decorative concrete, woodworking, marine and automotive refinishing.
