A pipe flange is a disc, collar or ring that attaches to pipe with the purpose of providing increased support for strength, blocking off a pipeline or implementing the attachment of more items. They are usually welded or screwed to the pipe end and are connected with bolts.

Threaded flanges are widely demanded as pipe flanges i.e called as threaded pipe flanges used in different industrial applications. They are the special type of pipe flanges which can be attached to the pipe without welding. Threaded flanges are threaded in the bore which match an external thread on the pipe.

  • Materials - ASTM A105M
  • Dimensions - ASME B16.5

  • Oil, Gas, Petrochemical.

  • All Flanges when possible will display a heat number, size, table, grade and dimensional standard.

    Forged Steel Flanges

    • Forged Steel flanges are commonly used and specified in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and mining sectors, where pressure, temperature and safety considerations often specify the ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.47 or BS4504 standards.
    • The manufacturing method involves the hot forging of suitable steels prior to final machining.
