Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant

As the Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our inbound and outbound warehousing function runs smoothly. Your main responsibilites will include picking, packing and dispatching online store orders, facilitiating stock transfers between our teams, stocking and merchandising the showroom, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment, putting away new stock and supporting the customer experience team with general tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is enjoys working in a positive environment, is a self-starter, and enjoys a daily challenge.

To be successful you will need:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy: Ability to maintain focus and precision while completing tasks.
  • Teamwork and independence: Ability to collaborate effectively with others while also working autonomously.

OHS & HR Officer

As the OHS and HR Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our workplace is not only compliant but also a safe and supportive environment for all employees. This unique dual-focused position involves managing both Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Human Resources (HR) responsibilities. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing OHS policies, conducting risk assessments, managing incident reporting, and supporting our HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture. If you enjoy working with others, value integrity, and are motivated by both safety and employee relations, this role is perfect for you.

To be successful you will need:

  • OHS Management: Develop and maintain OHS policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, oversee incident reporting, and provide training to ensure a safe work environment.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards, maintain accurate records, and support the COO in both OHS and HR audits.
  • Employee Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and OHS-related queries, fostering a supportive and positive work culture.
  • Safety Training and Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate OHS training programs and emergency response plans, ensuring all employees are prepared and compliant with safety standards.


Essential Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial when managing safety protocols and employee documentation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members across departments.
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Comfortable handling dynamic challenges and committed to finding solutions in both HR and OHS contexts.
  • Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines, from training schedules to incident reports.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all legal and organisational standards.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in an HR/OHS role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian workplace safety and employment laws.
  • Qualifications: Certifications in HR or OHS (e.g., Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety) are highly regarded.
