Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Service and maintain paint spray machines, linemarking equipment, pressure washers, and small motors.
- Repair and troubleshoot fluid handling and lubrication pumps.
- Perform inspections, diagnose faults, and replace or repair defective components.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

- Document work completed using iPhone/iPad apps for service reports and records.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician / Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work autonomously in the field, servicing and maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment. Your Role
Your day-to-day will include:
- Servicing fuel tanks and associated equipment: Bowsers, pumps, tank gauging, fuel management systems, and more—including changing fuel filters, strainers, hoses, and nozzles.
- Servicing linemarking, fluid handling, and pressure washing equipment: Airless sprayers, road marking trucks, trailer-mounted pressure cleaners: this role encompasses a broader range of industrial equipment to keep things fresh and exciting.
- Electrical and instrumentation installation for downstream petroleum facilities.
- Calibrating pulse meters and tank gauges to ensure peak performance.
- Cleaning and maintaining pump bays and related equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and replacing defective components.
- Documentation: Using iPhone/iPad apps to complete service reports and related paperwork.

THE PITCH
We are made stronger by hiring people with all types of backgrounds. This is an entry level role, giving you the opportunity, exposure and experience in holistically understanding how a business operates. GO will provide you with the support, coaching, training and mentoring required to succeed. As the business continues to grow, we need to support the sales & business development team with an additional resource. In this role you will:
- Cycle through all functions of the business within the product team, to intimately understand warehousing and fulfillment, technical service/support, point of sale/retail trade, purchasing/procurement, sales coordination and customer service as well as having exposure to marketing.
- Spend the first 6-12 months in our GO store - picking, packing, despatching our many and various orders. This hands on approach is a great way for you to learn about the products we sell.
- Handle inbound sales calls, and Point of Sale interactions in a timely and enthusiastic manner
- Proactively, enthusiastically and accurately handle the GO customer’s path to purchase - understand the customer service and brand experience, and help get the customer what they need through our Ecommerce channel, or through customer quotations.
- Provide efficient and effective sales support including collaborative projects, sales / Ecommerce order management, logistics and customer experience follow-up
- Be a team player; responsible, accountable, cool and always kind because you love the magic of collaboration
