Fail to plan, you plan to fail.

This isn't our first rodeo of designing custom, truck-mounted solutions for our clients.

GO Industrial have an incredible team of in-house designers, engineers, draftsman, fitters, boilermakers and electricians to push for the best results possible. 

Our ways of working starts with:

1. Consulting with you, our client. We want to understand your pain points, how you want to position your business and brand, and get the best out of your equipment for the job at hand.
   
   
2. From the consultation process with our business development and design team, we produce drawings, consider equipment layout and specification, and get the green light to push forward to fitting.
   
   
3. The job hits the workshop floor, and is closely managed by our operations team - following our rigid process of quality assurance, scheduling and resourcing to get through the work efficiently.
   
   
4. Once near completion, we open the door to our clients and encourage feedback and review of the job prior to the final result.
   
   
5. Testing: the GO team irons out any kinks of surprises, by dedicating a considerable amount of time and thought to wet-testing, to ensure our design and system works to the client's expectations.
   
   
6. Handover: the most exciting part. The GO team hands over the keys to your new equipment. Our technical team provides a complete and thorough run-through of operation, preventative maintenance, and how to get the best out of the equipment. We can record the session with our in-house media team, to give you the footage to review at any time, if needing to refamiliarise, or train new staff on the gear.
   
   
7. Check in: GO will never leave our clients high-and-dry. We touch base, follow-up, and constantly stay in the loop to ensure your gear is performing above and beyond.

 

The Build

Once we have a firm understanding of the client's needs, our experienced team of equipment specialists put in the hard yards to get the gear list right. Check out what went into the build:

Pressure Washing

The flagship, or heart of the build is our Jetwave PMG G2FI Honda iGX800 280-31.

 

This unit is Jetwave's stripped-back, guts-only pressure washing skid that is ideal for multiple configurations, at a budget. It is easily accessible for ongoing servicing, and packs the punch needed to deliver 4060 PSI at 31 litres per minute.

The electric-start and fuel injected motor allows for rev-matching when operating. This allows the pressure cleaner to idle when not in use, and only adjust its output to the workload at hand.

The high flow is needed to allow our client to clean faster, whilst delivery sigificant pressure on those jobs where grime and grease is next-level. See some of the stand out features of the Jetwave PMG G2FI:

• JW® Enhanced Italian triplex plunger pump running at 1450RPM delivering more performance and longer life
  
  
• Electric start Industrial V-Twin Honda GX800 Series Engine with digital engine hour meter.
  
  
• Jetwave Safety System™ (JSS) thermal & safety valve to prevent overheating in excessive bypass and over pressurisation.
  
  
• Seamless 25L on-board fuel tank under chassis mount, with level gauge.
  
  
• Battery isolator to prevent battery voltage loss, when not in use.
  
  
• Integrated forklift pockets & mounting points.
  
  

The GO team coupled the Jetwave PMG with:

• 2 x Apache A-Frame Hose Reels for 60m of inlet hose, and 100m of high pressure outlet hose. The hose reel guides have been installed to allow smooth feeding of the hoses
  
  
• 600L water poly tank for storage
  
  
• Low-level water cut off
  
  
• Emergency stop switch installation
  
  

Soft Washing

When high pressure cleaning isn't the right solution for the job, seamlessly switch to our integrated soft washing setup.

All driven by our Comet P40 E-Start Soft Wash Pump, delivering 60 litres per minute at 300 PSI.

 

This pump delivers ample flow to feed bleach and chemicals to the integrated 5/8: x 100m hose reel, hose and Mid-West chemical proportioning system.

The GO team have fitted the MidWest remote system, which allows the valves to be opened and closed remotely. This allows you to apply your chemical, and rinse down without needing to go back to the pump control unit.

The MidWest Hydro-Mixer controls the proportioning of chemical, allowing the user to dial in that precise ration as needed.

The cherry-on-top, our Jetwave RB65 Soft Wash Gun. Shoot up to a 9M jet of water, at 60LPM, allowing extended reach to hit those high areas.

 

Surface Cleaning, Nozzles & Quick Connect System

Jetwave's newly upgraded J5500 gun has the inbuilt quick connection. The water flow is cut off at the gun, and supports a deep barrel quick connect system.

These are a lot more durable and secure at higher pressures and flow rates.

Lances, extensions, gum blasters, turbo nozzles and surface cleaners can be easily switched, allowing fast changeover on the job.
