Soudal Multibond SMX25 Flex & Seal is a high performing, low modulus, neutral cure sanity joint sealant that is virtually odourless & available as a box of 12. This range is highly flexible, colourfast and suitable for a wide range of applications including waterproofing where protection against mould & mildew is required.

    Applications:

    • Expansion joints
    • Masonry and precast concrete joints
    • Sanitary, bathroom & kitchen areas (resists mould growth)
    • Walls and perimeter joints
    • Lap joints in roofing, guttering and cladding,
    • Air conditioning ducting,
    • Caravan, bus and automotive use
    • Window and door frames.
