GO Industrial ships Australia-wide from Brisbane HQ and our Melbourne hub. Here's how we get your gear to you, fast, insured, and tracked. Last updated: 16 May 2026.


Freight at a glance

The facts most customers want to confirm before checkout.

  • Australia-wide delivery We deliver to every postcode in Australia. Remote and regional areas may take additional time.
  • Warehouses nationwide We have warehouses located nationwide to ensure fast shipping on stocked items.
  • Same-day dispatch Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are processed same-day for stocked items only. Back-order and special-order items ship as soon as stock lands.
  • Optional freight insurance Add freight insurance at checkout for peace of mind on your delivery. Covers loss and damage in transit beyond standard CPT terms.
  • 30-day returns Returns accepted within 30 days on stocked, unopened items. Non-stocked items incur a 50% restocking fee. See refund policy.
  • Bulky freight specialists Line stripers, pressure washers, self-bunded tanks - we ship oversize gear via dedicated freight carriers. Call us for a tailored freight quote.

How shipping costs are calculated

Transparent freight pricing - you see it before you pay.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination postcode. You'll see the exact freight cost before payment - no surprises after the fact.

Bulky and oversize items (line stripers, pressure washers, self-bunded tanks, large compressors) may require a tailored freight quote. If checkout flags an item as freight-on-application, contact us and we'll confirm the rate within one business day.

Public holidays and weekends do not count as business days for same-day dispatch. Orders placed Friday after 12pm AEST or over a public holiday ship the next business day.


Freight conditions

These are the binding freight conditions for all orders.

All freight ex-works GO Industrial is done at the risk of the customer.

All Overnight Express Orders must be delivered to the door and the customer must be home to collect the order or there is a risk of a $20 Fee for futile delivery.

GO Industrial accepts no responsibility for damage in transit, loss in transit or late delivery. The Customer is to ensure that goods freighted by GO Industrial are insured by the Customer.

The INCOTERM of our offer is CPT - Carriage Paid To - all risk in the Products will pass to the Customer upon pickup by the carrier.


Freight insurance - opt in at checkout

Standard freight is CPT (Carriage Paid To) - risk transfers to you at pickup by the carrier. Freight insurance closes that gap so you're covered for loss or damage in transit, not just the carrier's basic liability.

Common shipping questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Metro QLD, NSW and VIC orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. SA, WA, TAS, NT and remote areas can take 5-10 business days. Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days. Bulky items shipped via dedicated freight carriers may have separate timeframes - we'll confirm by phone if relevant.

Do you ship to my postcode?

Yes - we deliver to every postcode in Australia. Remote, regional and island postcodes may take additional time and in some cases require a tailored freight quote. If your address is hard-to-reach, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the freight method and ETA.

How do you ship bulky or heavy items (line stripers, pressure washers, tanks)?

Bulky and oversize gear ships via dedicated freight carriers on pallets or crated where required. Delivery is typically kerbside - if you need tail-lift, hand-unload or a specific delivery window, tell us at checkout or call ahead so we can route it correctly.

Can you ship to a PO Box or parcel locker?

Smaller parcels go to PO Boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers without issue. Bulky freight, palletised orders, and items requiring a signature must ship to a physical street address - the carrier won't deliver oversize gear to a PO Box. If you're unsure, send us the address and the items you're ordering and we'll confirm before dispatch.

Will my delivery require a signature, or can it be left at the door?

Default behavior depends on the carrier and the value of your order. Most parcel deliveries are signature-on-delivery for orders above a threshold; smaller orders may be left with authority-to-leave at the carrier's discretion. If you need a specific instruction (authority to leave, signature required, leave at side gate, etc.), add it in the order notes at checkout or call us before dispatch and we'll pass it to the carrier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don't see tracking within one business day of ordering, email sales@goind.com.au or call 07 3204 2240 and we'll chase it up.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order on delivery before signing. If you spot damage, note it on the consignment note (or refuse delivery for major damage) and contact us within 24 hours with photos. Our standard freight terms are CPT - risk transfers at carrier pickup - so freight insurance is the surest way to be covered. Without insurance, claims sit with the carrier and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Should I add freight insurance?

For high-value orders, oversize freight (line stripers, pressure washers, tanks) or deliveries to remote areas - yes. Standard freight is CPT, so without insurance the carrier's basic liability is the only cover. Freight insurance closes the gap and covers loss or damage in transit up to your order value.

Can I pick up from your Brisbane warehouse?

Yes - click & collect is available from Brisbane HQ at Unit 2, 11-15 Baylink Avenue, Deception Bay QLD 4508. Choose the pickup option at checkout and we'll email when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
