Viscon HF Fluid Heaters for Explosive Atmospheres

  • Developed to handle the highest viscosity coatings such as 100% solids epoxies coatings and epoxy fireproofing materials
  • The patent-pending design has a triple-path spiral core that can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
  • Increased flow capacity: The Viscon HF has over three (3) times more flow capacity compared to the standard Viscon HP heaters.
  • Increased heat capacity: The Viscon HF heaters have 35% more wattage; 5400 watts compared to 4000W for the standard Viscon HP heaters.
  • Available in manual thermostat or externally controlled versions.
  • Cleanable and replaceable fluid core – repair instead of replace.
