Filtering oil before it is dispensed into equipment is critical to meeting the ISO cleanliness specifications demanded by today's OEMs, and Donaldson Bulk hP filters provide high efficiency filtration in a single pass. Workshops use high pressure pumps to force oil through long lengths of piping and hose reels before dispensing into equipment.
Donaldson Bulk hP filters remove contaminants delivered in the oil and picked up in storage or delivery lines during final transfer, so the required ISO cleanliness level is met every time.
Donaldson advises following the pump manufacturer's relief recommendations to guard against thermal expansion. A 10 degrees F / 5.5 degrees C rise in oil temperature can add 450 psi / 3103 kPa / 31 bar to the system while the pump is shut off.

- SAE-16 Ports: Inlet and outlet are both SAE-16, so it drops into a standard bulk transfer line without adapters.
- Single Element: Takes one spin-on element, so the filtration rating is set by the element you choose.
- No Bypass: There is no bypass valve, so every litre goes through the media rather than around it when the element loads.
- Compact Footprint: At 114 mm wide and 109 mm high it mounts inside a cabinet or on a skid frame.
- hP Rated: Built for the higher-pressure bulk fluid duty rather than gravity feed.
