SafeWork Small Business Rebate

Since October 2018, the NSW Government has been awarding up to $1,000 rebate to help small business owners in NSW to purchase safety items and improve work health and safety for them and their workers.

Covering a wide range of safety products, the SafeWork Small Business Rebate is applicable to those who have not claimed this rebate the past 5 years, and who have purchased eligible safety items such as: selected industrial vacuum cleaners, high pressure water cleaning equipment, ventilation and exhaust systems, bunding or spill kits, trolleys and rollers, ladders and scaffoldings, and many more.

You are a small business owner / sole trader in NSW

You have less than 50 full time employees

You have not received this rebate in the past five years

HOW TO APPLY? >>>

YOU CAN'T APPLY IF

You have already received the rebate in the past five years.

You are a co-owner of an ABN where a rebate has already been paid

You are a Large business with more than 50 employees

You received a rebate for the same item from any awarding body

YOUR ELIGIBLE SAFETY ITEMS

Purchase an eligible safety item/s worth at least $1000 to maximize your rebate. Make sure to have a copy of the invoice complete with:

Supplier's Name and ABN
Your business name, address, ABN
Item/s description and price
Proof that invoice is paid in full

The application must be in the name of and signed by the registered business owner.
