With our highly technical and experienced team, we created a plug-and-play solution engineered for rapid deployment and efficient on-site lubricant management in demanding field operations.

In the world of heavy industry, access to clean, readily available lubricants is non-negotiable for maintaining machinery and operational efficiency. Futura Resources, a leader in their field, faced the critical need for a mobile, comprehensive lubrication solution that could be quickly deployed to their diverse operational sites. Their requirements were clear: immediate access to various lubricants, absolute cleanliness to prevent contamination in harsh field environments, strict compliance with safety and environmental standards, and ultimately, minimising equipment downtime through highly efficient lubrication practices. The solution also needed to be durable, self-contained, and easily relocatable, capable of withstanding the toughest conditions their operations could throw at it.

The GO Industrial Solution: A Custom-Built "Lube on Demand" Workshop

GO Industrial thrives in these complex challenges. We delivered a custom-built 20' DG (Dangerous Goods) shipping container workshop that sets a new benchmark for functionality, safety, and operator convenience. Our design and fabrication process, which saw project discussions begin in October 2024, manufacturing approval in early November, and final completion around May 2025, ensures every detail is perfect and up to industry standards.

Engineered for Superior Performance: Key Features & Components 

Modular "Plug and Play" Design: Ready to Work, Fast. This workshop is housed in a robust 6-meter long, 2-pallet wide DG shipping container. Its design includes doors at both ends and full open side doors for maximum accessibility. The true value lies in its "plug and play" nature – engineered for rapid on-site setup and commissioning, getting Futura Resources operational with minimal delay.

Mobility & Durability: Built Tough for Any Terrain. Designed for seamless transport, this unit can be easily deployed across various sites, truly delivering "Lube on Demand" wherever it's needed. Its rugged construction isn't just a promise; it's a necessity, built to withstand the relentless demands of harsh industrial environments, ensuring consistent performance and unwavering reliability.

Safe & Compliant Bulk Lubricant Storage: Your Safety is Our Priority. Central to the design are GO Industrial Self-Bunded Tanks, guaranteeing safe, secure, and environmentally compliant storage of bulk lubricants. This includes a dedicated BOX 2250L Self-Bunded Tank specifically for waste oil. The workshop is also ventilated in strict conformance with AS1940 standards and features a bunded galvanized grated floor, which is an essential layer of protection against potential spills.

High-Quality Dispensing Equipment: Precision and Efficiency Delivered. We never compromise on critical components. This workshop integrates premium Graco Equipment, including the powerful Graco GT 750 36:1 Universal Grease Transfer Pump and a Graco Husky 1050 diaphragm pump for coolant. Complementing this are top-tier Piusi Equipment such as 3.5:1 stub pumps for various oils, precision K400 electronic metered nozzles for oil and coolant, and robust spring rewind hose reels for efficient dispensing of oil, grease, and coolant.

Comprehensive Fluid Management Systems: Complete Control, Every Time. This is a complete fluid management ecosystem:

• Oil Dispensing System: Features suction spears for IBCs, Piusi pumps, advanced inline filtration (along with our cutting-edge new GO range of filters ensuring pristine lubricant quality), Piusi metered nozzles, and hose reels.

• Waste Oil Evacuation System: A 2250L Self-Bunded Tank with a waste oil upgrade kit (including a filter drain, dedicated evacuation outlet, and dipstick) facilitates efficient and compliant waste oil management.

• Grease Dispensing System: Utilizes a Graco transfer pump, essential FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) for pneumatic control, a durable Piusi hose reel, and a dedicated grease nozzle.

• Coolant Dispensing System: Equipped with a Graco Husky pump, a robust Piusi hose reel, and a precise Piusi K400 electronic nozzle.

Integrated Support Systems: Self-Sufficiency On-Site. The unit is fully self-sufficient. It boasts a powerful Genelite CF130BC-7 Rotary twin-screw compressor for pneumatic needs, while our cutting-edge GO Filtration (part of our new GO range of filters) ensures unparalleled lubricant cleanliness. Filter Regulator Lubricators (FRLs) are strategically placed for optimal pneumatic equipment performance, and four Solar 500 Lumen Lights provide essential visibility for around-the-clock operations.

Operator-Focused Design: Efficiency Through Intuition. We design with the operator in mind. The layout of this workshop is meticulously crafted for maximum ease of use, unwavering safety, and peak efficiency. Clear labeling and easily accessible components mean less training time and more productive hours.

A significant element of this project was the extensive custom welding and metalwork performed by our highly skilled GO Industrial boilermakers and fabricators.
