Details

The pump is like the V90 but with a high pressure cylinder, which doesn't have an air intake filter, making it high pressure. Two 90mm pistons feeding the air flow through to the 80mm piston. Adjusting the pressure (PSI) means it will be able to do so without losing the volume of air being supplied.

Set in the factory at 120-140PSI cut out making it an ease for truck tyre inflation or if you just need that extra burst of high pressure air.

Helpful tip:

When mounting, be sure to get "high density" rubber matting and then fix to a secure footing as per your states regulations. Remember, when installing allow enough space for the air compressor to breath, air flow is forced over the pump to keep it cool. If mounted hard up against a wall or boxed, it will have trouble getting the correct air circulation.

All pressure vessels can be supplied with a "Manufacturing Data Report" along with "Registered Design" for Work Safe registration.

Peerless PHP30 Industrial Belt Drive Compressors

Overview

Maximum air performance: 620L/min, slow revving cast iron pump. Truckie's mate with the high pressure pump.

The PHP30 industrial three phase model is a three cylinder slow revving two stage air compressor. It has a 5.5HP three phase electric motor, comes complete with a 150 litre air receiver and is the ideal workshop compressor. 3-4 person workshop this would be best suited for. Solid belt guard and braided exhaust hose, huge oil sight glass fitted with a ball valve for ease of draining your compressor oil when servicing. Condor pressure switch fitted along with a beautiful oil filled stainless steel pressure gauge.
