Automatic Lubrication.

GO Industrial supplies automatic lubrication systems for mining equipment, construction plant, manufacturing lines and service fleets. The range covers Graco G3 electric lubrication pumps (24 VDC and 90-240 VAC), Graco Automatic Lubrication System Kits for excavators and Macnaught refillable bearing lubricators for single-point applications.

Automatic lubrication reduces machine downtime, extends bearing life and removes the safety risks of manual greasing on operating equipment.

FAQs

Common questions answered.

Five of the questions we hear most often on carpark and street linemarking gear. Full knowledge base on our FAQ page.

  • Why auto-lube?

Manual greasing misses points + skips intervals on busy sites. Auto-lube delivers grease on programmed schedule with no operator action. Right for heavy mobile plant (20+ lube points) where missed points cause expensive failure.

  • Lincoln vs Graco vs Macnaught?

Lincoln Quicklub is the global market leader on mobile plant. Graco G3 covers stationary + mobile. Macnaught AU-brand covers same range. Pick by service support availability at site.

  • ROI?

Mobile plant + production machinery 20+ lube points: 6-18 month payback on reduced wear + downtime + labour savings.

  • Can I retrofit an excavator with an automatic lubrication system?

Yes. The Graco Automatic Lubrication System Kit for Excavators is a pre-configured kit designed for common Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi and Kobelco machines. It includes the pump, injectors, tubing and mounting hardware. Installation is typically 1-2 days by a qualified fitter.

  • How often does an auto-lube system dispense grease?

Dispense interval is set by the controller based on machine duty cycle and bearing specification, typically every 15 minutes to every 8 hours during operation. The controller only runs while the machine is operating (via keyswitch or run signal), so idle time does not trigger unnecessary lubrication.

Automatic Lubrication Systems

26 Graco automatic lubrication products: G3 grease pump range (Standard, Pro, SP, Max), G3 oil lubrication pump range (24VDC and 90-240VAC variants), G-Mini lubrication pump, Trabon MSP modular divider valves and base plate assemblies, Manzel MHH inlet divider valve, CSP divider valves, automatic relief indicators, visual cycle indicators and the dedicated G3 vent valves. Plus Macnaught refillable bearing lubricators for single-point service. The Graco-engineered automatic lubrication ecosystem from pump through divider through indicator.

G3 pump tier ladder. G3 Standard for general mobile plant. G3 Pro adds higher-spec controller. G3 SP single-point. G3 Max for high-volume / high-pressure work. Match the pump to the lube point count + grease viscosity at site temperature.

Divider valves: Trabon MSP, Manzel MHH, CSP. Divider valves split the pump output into measured doses for each lube point. Trabon MSP modular divider valves are the production standard - tie rod, base plate assemblies, intermediate base plates, port bars, modular sections with left or right cycle pin, bypass blocks and bottom-feed end sections cover full system build. Manzel MHH inlet divider valve and CSP 1/8 inch divider valves cover smaller systems. Visual Cycle Indicator and Automatic Relief Indicator confirm the divider is cycling on schedule.

Auto-lube ROI. Mobile plant + production machinery with 20+ lube points pays back automatic lubrication in 6-18 months on reduced wear + reduced downtime + saved labour. Manual greasing misses points + skips intervals on busy sites; auto-lube delivers grease on programmed schedule with no operator action.
