  • How do I find the right part for my LineLazer unit?

    Search by the model of the unit first. Most parts in this collection are unit-matched to a specific LineLazer V variant, the LineLazer V 3900 takes different cables and pumps than the LineLazer 130HS, even though both are LineLazer V family. Using the unit serial number is the best way to ensure that you get the right parts for your exact model. Send the unit serial to GO and we will pull the matched parts list. The product titles and descriptions also call out the compatible unit on most listings.

  • What is the LineLazer V Automatic Gun Upgrade Kit?

    The Graco LineLazer V Automatic Gun Upgrade Kit (25A527) upgrades a Standard Series LineLazer V unit to HP Automatic Series. The kit includes the control board (25A494), charger board (25A495), 12V battery and mounting hardware, laser dot kit (25A530), solenoid kit (25A490) and the auto gun cable. After fitting, the unit gains automatic pattern control (skip-line) which is required for ATS 4110 Clause 6 longitudinal pavement marking work. Match the kit to the unit serial, installation should be done by a Graco-trained technician.

  • Which gun cable do I need?

    Match the cable to the unit and the gun configuration. The Graco Gun Cable (15E992) is the standard gun cable on the LineLazer V family. The Manual Gun Cable Repair Kit (25A488) is for manual gun configurations. The Auto Gun Cable Repair Kit (25A487) is for auto gun configurations. The LL250 Push/Pull Cable (16M274) is the older LineLazer 250 fitment. Other cable repair kits (241445 / 25P467 / 24N492 / 287696) cover different LineLazer V harness variants. Send us the unit serial and the gun configuration and we will pull the matched cable.

  • Do I need a vacuum or cyclone separator?

    Vacuum and cyclone separators are used for bead recovery and dust separation on long-line, runway and high-volume work. The Graco LazerVac 550 (25M860) and LazerVac 330 (25E237) are vacuum systems for picking up loose beads and pavement debris. The Cyclone LP Separator (25R090) and Cyclone 32 Separator (25M862) separate solids from the air-stream so the vacuum filter does not clog. For carpark and short-run council work the vacuum / cyclone is generally not needed; for runway, airport apron, freeway long-line and any work where bead recovery saves a meaningful amount of bead cost, the LazerVac is the standard fit-out.

  • Is the RoadView HD Camera worth fitting?

    Yes, on long-line and runway work where the operator cannot directly sight the unit-to-line geometry, and on quality-control work where the council or principal wants video record of the line application. The Graco RoadView HD Camera System (24G633) is a unit-mounted camera with monitor that lets the operator hold the unit precisely on the target line over long sweeps. For carpark and short-run council work it is generally overkill; for runway, freeway and council long-line, it pays for itself in line-straightness quality and operator fatigue reduction.

Choosing the Right Part or Assembly

Pointer kits and accessory pointers. The Graco LineLazer V 12.2 m Retractable Pointer Kit (25A620) is the flagship pointer for long-line work. The Long Pointer Accessory Kit (277063) and Short Pointer Accessory Kit (277062) cover lighter pointer requirements. The Pointer Accessory Kit (24N162) and Hose Pointer Kit 5-Pack (24Y511) round out the pointer family. Match pointer length to your line-marking sweep distance.

Gun cables and cable repair. The Graco Gun Cable (15E992) is the standard gun cable replacement on the LineLazer V family. Cable Repair Kits 241445 / 25P467 / 24N492 / 287696 cover different LineLazer V cable harness variants. The Manual Gun Cable Repair Kit (25A488) and Auto Gun Cable Repair Kit (25A487) are matched to the manual / auto gun configurations. The LL250 Push/Pull Cable (16M274) is the older LineLazer 250 fitment. Match the cable repair kit to the unit serial.

Battery and battery accessory kits. The Graco LineLazer V 12V Battery Kit (25A526) is the standard battery kit for the LineLazer V family. The 2nd Battery Installation Kits (25U672, 24Z724) add a second battery to existing units. The 12V DC Charged Battery (25C772) is the standalone replacement battery. The Battery Accessory Kit (245343) covers harness and mounting parts.

Hitch, trailer and unit-upgrade kits. The Graco LineLazer Hitch Kit (25N787) and Trailer Hitch Conversion Kit (245321) convert walk-behind units to towable for transport between sites. The LineLazer V Automatic Gun Upgrade Kit (25A527) upgrades a Standard Series unit to HP Automatic Series, it is a unit-class upgrade, not a gun spare. Includes control board, charger board, 12V battery, mounting hardware, laser dot kit, solenoid kit, and auto gun cable. The LineLazer V Solenoid Kit (25A490) is the matched solenoid for the upgrade pathway.
