FAQs

Common questions answered.

Five of the questions we hear most often on carpark and street linemarking gear. Full knowledge base on our FAQ page.

  • ARO 210 or CEJN 320?

ARO 210 is the more common quick-coupling family in Australian workshops. CEJN 320 is preferred for European tool brands. Match the coupling family across the whole shop to avoid mixed-coupling lockouts where one tool can't connect to one hose.

  • Do I need an FRL?

Yes for air tool life. Filter pulls water and oil out of the air line; regulator drops compressor pressure to the tool spec (typically 90-100 PSI); lubricator drips oil into the air supply for tool internal lubrication. Running tools on un-filtered un-lubricated air shortens tool service life significantly.

  • Air hose size?

1/4 inch hose for light tools. 3/8 inch for general workshop. 1/2 inch for high-flow tools (sandblaster, big impact). Match the hose ID to the tool air consumption - undersized hose drops pressure at the tool, oversized is unnecessary bulk.

  • How do I reduce pressure drop in my air system?

Pressure drop is caused by undersized hoses, excessive fittings, long runs, and moisture buildup. Use the largest practical hose diameter, minimise connection points, keep runs as short as possible, and install moisture traps at low points. A well-designed air system delivers near-compressor pressure at the tool.

  • What warranty and after-sales service is available for air accessories?

All air accessories sold through GO Industrial are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty, which typically ranges from 12 months to 3 years depending on the product and brand. GO Industrial provides national service support through our Queensland-based technical team and authorised service partners in all Australian states. Warranty claims are managed directly — contact our team with the purchase order number and fault description for assessment. Extended warranty and preventive maintenance programs are available on selected equipment categories.

Air Accessories

10 air-tool accessories - quick-couplings, air hose fittings, air regulators, filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) sets and air tool consumables. The connection ecosystem between the compressor and the air tools.

Quick-coupling types. ARO 210 (US standard) and CEJN 320 (European) are the two main quick-coupling families in AU workshops. Match the coupling family across the shop to avoid mixed-coupling lockouts. ARO 210 is the more common in Australian workshops; CEJN is preferred for European tool brands.

FRL - filter + regulator + lubricator. FRL set sits between the compressor and the air tools - filters water and oil out of the air line, regulates pressure to the tool spec (typically 90-100 PSI), and lubricates the tool air supply. Critical for tool life - running air tools on un-filtered un-lubricated air shortens tool service life significantly.
