  • Why use genuine Graco hydraulic fluid?

    The LineLazer V hydraulic pump is engineered around the viscosity, additive package and operating temperature range of Graco-spec hydraulic fluid (207428, 3.8 L bottle). Running non-Graco-spec fluid changes pump performance, accelerates seal wear, and voids the Graco warranty on the hydraulic pump assembly. Replace at the service interval specified in the Graco operator manual; top-up between intervals if level drops.

  • Fusion ProConnect or Fusion AP grease: which do I need?

    Match the grease to the gun. Fusion ProConnect (Fusion PC) takes the 4 oz tube (118665). Fusion Air-Purge (Fusion AP) takes the 3 oz tube (117792). Both are plural-component-safe, meaning the lubricant will not contaminate the resin / catalyst streams in the gun mixing chamber. Standard general-purpose grease is not suitable; it can transfer to the mix chamber and cause catastrophic gun failure on the LineLazer V 200MMA cold applied plastic units.

  • When do I need food-grade lubricant?

    Whenever the line marking work is inside a food-processing facility, dairy, meatworks, beverage plant or similar environment with food-grade compliance requirements (NSF-H1 or equivalent). The Graco Food Grade Lubricant Grease 3 oz (117773) is NSF-certified for these environments. Confirm the facility compliance requirement before specifying, using a non-food-grade lubricant in a food-processing facility can fail an audit and require a full unit decontamination.

  • Do I need Pump Armour?

    Yes. Pump Armour 1 gallon (Graco 245133) is the standard end-of-shift flush fluid that protects the pump and packings from drying paint between shifts. Without it, dried paint residue accelerates packing wear and is the single biggest cause of full-pump-rebuild service jobs. Currently a catalog gap on this collection, talk to GO Industrial if you need Pump Armour sourced through Graco AU. In the meantime, the standard end-of-shift workflow is a clean-water flush on waterborne paint or appropriate solvent on solvent paint, followed by a Pump Armour fill on the pump for storage.

  • How often do I service the gun grease?

    Service per the Graco operator manual interval for your specific gun. As a working rule, inspect the gun grease at every shift change on production work, top up at every service interval, and carry one spare grease tube on the truck for any council shift longer than three days. Running a Fusion gun without adequate grease accelerates trigger and needle wear and can cause material drag through the mixing chamber.
