  • Prime valve: when to replace?

    Replace when the valve handle becomes loose, when the prime cycle takes longer than spec (operator perceives sluggish primer engagement), or when the valve internal seal starts leaking. Standard wear part on the Graco Ultra, Ultra Max II ProContractor and Mark family. Carry one spare per service interval. Inspect at every shift change.

  • Transducer Pressure Control: what does it do?

    Graco Transducer Pressure Control feeds pump pressure data to the SmartControl pressure regulation system on the Ultra PC range. It is the pressure-sensing input that lets the control board hold a constant spray pressure regardless of changes in pump load. Replace when SmartControl readings become erratic or when the unit can no longer hold pressure under load.

  • Manifold Filter Cap Kit: when to replace?

    Replace when the cap threads or sealing surfaces show wear from repeated filter changes. Symptoms include difficulty threading the cap on, persistent weeping at the cap-manifold seal even after the cap is correctly tightened, and visible thread wear. Standard wear part on units that see frequent filter swaps; carry one spare per service interval.

  • Hex nipple 162453: where does it fit?

    Graco 1/4 NPSM x 1/4 NPT Hex Nipple (162453) is the fluid-side adapter between NPSM and NPT thread pitches on the Graco airless plumbing. Used where the gun-side hose connection (NPSM) meets a fitting on the unit side that uses NPT (or vice versa). Standard fitting in the Graco airless plumbing toolbox. Hose fittings on Graco equipment are NPT standard.

  • Do these parts fit Magnum sprayers?

    Most parts in this collection are sized for the Graco Ultra, Ultra Max II ProContractor, Mark and industrial sprayer family.
