Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Most orders dispatch within hours of placement, so the fastest way to amend is to text 0483 939 937 or call 07 3204 2240 immediately. If dispatched, you'll need to follow our Refund Policy after delivery.
All major card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, plus buy-now-pay-later options including AfterPay and Zip. Equipment finance is also available for larger purchases.
Yes. Equipment finance through our partners covers major spray equipment, line stripers, pressure washers and fluid handling gear. AfterPay and Zip are available for smaller-ticket items. Get in touch and we'll walk you through what's right for the order.
Yes. All prices displayed on goind.com.au are inclusive of GST. Your tax invoice is emailed automatically when the order is placed and is available in your account.

Shipping & Delivery
Timeframes, postcodes, bulky items, freight insurance.
Metro QLD, NSW and VIC orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. SA, WA, TAS, NT and remote postcodes can take 5-10 business days. Bulky items shipped via dedicated freight carriers may have separate timeframes - we'll confirm by phone if relevant.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Bulky items - line marking machines, pressure washers, self-bunded tanks, large compressors - are shipped via dedicated freight carriers and may have separate freight rates we confirm before dispatch.
Yes - we deliver to every postcode in Australia, plus New Zealand. Remote and regional areas may take additional time and some bulky items require carrier-confirmed delivery windows.
Yes. A tracking link is emailed on dispatch. For freight-carrier items (bulky goods), tracking is provided directly by the carrier on the dispatch email.
Yes from our Brisbane HQ at Unit 2, 11-15 Baylink Avenue, Deception Bay QLD 4508 - by arrangement. Our Melbourne location is a shipping hub only: no walk-ins, no counter pickups, no in-person sales. Contact us to organise a Brisbane pickup.
Dedicated freight carriers handle line stripers, pressure washers, tanks and similar gear. We'll typically call to confirm delivery details before dispatch and provide a delivery window. Tailgate delivery is available for most carriers.
Our standard freight terms (CPT) transfer risk to you at pickup by the carrier. Adding freight insurance at checkout covers loss or damage in transit beyond standard carrier liability. We recommend it for high-value or bulky orders.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
30-day window, the stocked-vs-non-stocked rule, warranty claims.
30 days from order. Stocked items must be unopened, undamaged and unused for a full refund or exchange. See full Refund Policy.
Yes, within 30 days, but non-stocked items incur a 50% restocking fee. Non-stocked items are special-order, custom, or back-order goods. If you're unsure whether your item is stocked, ask us before purchase.
Unopened, undamaged, and unused. Original packaging is required. Once an item is opened or used it no longer qualifies for return under change-of-mind. Faulty items follow the warranty process instead.
Customers are responsible for return freight charges and any shipping costs associated with sending out a new exchange order. For warranty claims on faulty items, contact us before shipping - we'll confirm process.
Refunds or exchanges are issued once the return has been received and inspected by our team. Typical timeframe: 5-10 business days from receipt at our Brisbane warehouse.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. If you added freight insurance at checkout, you're covered for replacement or repair. Without insurance, standard CPT terms apply - get in touch and we'll help work through it.
GO Industrial is the major authorised service and warranty agent for Graco, Piusi, Wagner and Titan. Email sales@goind.com.au with your order number, serial number and a description of the fault. We'll triage and arrange repair, replacement or service.

It depends on the application (interior / exterior / line marking), coating type (latex / lacquer / elasto / line paint), volume per week, and tip size. Easiest path: text us on 0483 939 937 with the job description and we'll spec the right unit.
Tip selection depends on coating viscosity and fan width. Common starting points: 517 (5" fan, 0.017" - heavy latex), 413 (8" fan, 0.013" - wide cover), 619 (12" fan, 0.019" - line marking and elasto). Text us with your coating and application and we'll narrow it down fast.
Yes - we stock genuine OEM parts for all the brands we represent. If you can't find a specific part listed online, text or email us with the model number and we'll source it.
Manufacturer guidelines vary. As a general rule: trade-use airless sprayers benefit from a service every 500-1000 litres or annually, whichever comes first. Line markers should be serviced at least annually plus a thorough pre-season check. Pressure cleaners benefit from quarterly servicing under heavy commercial use. We'll set you up with a service schedule.
Yes. We're an authorised service and warranty agent for Graco, Piusi, Wagner and Titan. Service is available on-site via our mobile service technicians (NSW, VIC, QLD), or at our Queensland workshop for full strip-downs and rebuilds. Book via sales@goind.com.au.
For routine maintenance - cleaning, flushing, pump-section lube, packing replacement on common kits - absolutely. We sell genuine service kits for most models and can walk you through it. For warranty-period equipment or complex internal repairs, use our authorised workshop to keep your warranty intact.

Yes - all prices on the site are already trade pricing. There's no separate "trade" tier; you get the best price standard, online and in-store.
Yes. A GO Industrial trade account is a free loyalty programme that adds exclusive perks, special discount offers, first look at new equipment, and easy management of your past purchases. It's not a credit / payment-terms account.
For large-scale operations, schools, councils and government departments, yes - get in touch to discuss credit terms and trading arrangements. For everyone else, equipment finance, AfterPay and Zip are available at checkout.
