What to have ready.
A complete brief speeds the diagnosis and avoids a back-and-forth on day one.
Make, model and serial number - pulled from the Graco data plate on the cart frame or pump body.
Symptom or fault description - what is it doing (or not doing) on a typical run? Pressure spikes, low flow, leaking pump packings, bead system pressure dropping, engine won't start.
What you have been spraying - waterborne paint, solvent-borne, thermoplastic, MMA / CAP. Last clean-out date.
Last service date - and what was done. If we serviced it previously we will have it on file.
Bead system - drop-on or pressurised; bead type (Type B / C / D-HR) and last calibration if pressurised.
Spare parts you already have - if you have one of our spare parts kits, let us know what is still sealed so we don't double-up on parts.

We diagnose
Free video call for breakdowns - we often fix the problem in minutes. Workshop drop-offs get a full inspection. We can arrange freight pick-up if you can't come in.
You get a quote
Parts, labour and freight all listed clearly before we start. You approve it, we order parts, and we book the job in.
You're back at work
Workshop jobs are pump-tested before they leave. On-site jobs end with an operator walk-through and any setup notes you need.

Do I need to book in advance for a workshop service?
Yes please - use the form above or call 07 3204 2240. Bookings can fill fast during peak marking weeks. Council fleet bookings should be locked in 4-6 weeks ahead.
Can I freight my linemarker to you?
Yes. We use Direct Freight Express for inbound and outbound. Strap the unit down on a half-pallet, drain paint and flush the pump first, and label clearly with your business name and phone number. We will quote return freight as part of the service quote.
How do you quote service work?
After inspection we send a written quote covering parts, labour and freight before any work starts. You approve in writing or by reply email. Nothing happens on the unit until you sign off.
What's the workshop turnaround time?
Typical turnaround is 5-10 working days from when the unit arrives, assuming parts are in stock. Simple gun rebuilds and spray tip swaps are often faster. Full engine or pump strips can run longer if we have to wait on parts.
Do you service equipment we didn't buy from GO?
Yes. We service Graco linemarking and paint truck equipment regardless of where it was bought. Bring your service history if you have it - it helps the diagnosis.
What about service outside QLD, NSW and VIC?
We can still help by video call, by freighting the unit to our Brisbane workshop, or through one of our trusted service partners. Get in touch and we will work out the best path.
