Product details

A self bunded service trailer for mobile equipment support and maintenance. Multiple self bunded tank sections store diesel, hydraulic oil, lubricants and grease in segregated compartments. An on-board diesel-driven air compressor delivers compressed air for tools and tyre inflation, and solar panel charging keeps the 12V system live on remote sites.

Every trailer is customised to the operation: compartment volumes, fluid types, compressor specification, dispensing kit and power options. Approved to AS1692, AS1940 and the Australian Dangerous Goods Code, with more than 150 service trailers supplied into Australian and global markets.

The drawbar pump bay is ready for a 12V or 24V pump, which is not included and is specified per build alongside additional compartments and accessories.

Features
  • Diesel Air Compressor: An electric-start diesel-driven air compressor delivers consistent compressed air for tools, pneumatic equipment and tyre inflation without depending on site generators.

  • Solar Charging: A roof-mounted solar array charges the 12V auxiliary batteries that power lighting, sensors, compressor electric start and dispensing equipment.

  • Multi-Compartment Storage: Segregated self bunded compartments store diesel, hydraulic oil, lubricants and grease, each bunded to 110% capacity per AS1940, with volumes customised to your fluid load.

  • Porthole Indicators: Porthole-style level indicators on every tank section give clear visibility of fluid levels at a glance.

  • Drawbar Pump Bay: A fully bunded, weatherproof drawbar bay is ready for 12V or 24V pump installation, with DN40 suction, a pre-installed foot valve and two lockable reverse-opening doors.

  • 110% Containment: All fluid compartments are self bunded to 110% capacity to meet AS1940 environmental requirements and capture spills.

  • Built for the Site: A heavy duty separate-tank-and-chassis design handles on-road transport and on-site deployment for construction, civil contracting, mining, oil and gas, drilling and exploration.

FAQs

Common questions.

What fluids can the service trailer carry?
Standard configurations cover diesel, hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricants, grease, AdBlue, coolant and waste oil in segregated self bunded compartments. Petrol-rated compartments can be specified for specific use cases. Talk to the projects team about your fluid load.
Is every service trailer customised?
Yes. Compartment volumes, fluid types, air compressor specification, dispensing kit and power options are all configured per build. Contact us with your operation profile and we will spec the right configuration.
How does the on-board compressor work?
An electric-start diesel-driven air compressor runs from a dedicated fuel tank. A roof-mounted solar panel keeps the 12V battery charged for the electric start. The compressor delivers air for site tools, pneumatic equipment and tyre inflation, independent of site generators.
What dispensing options are available?
The drawbar pump bay accepts 12V or 24V pump configurations. Pump kits are customised to the fluid types and flow rates required. The compressor can also drive air-operated pumps for specific applications. Talk to us about the dispensing setup that suits your operation.
Is it suitable for mine sites?
Yes. The service trailer was designed for the rough treatment seen in construction, civil contracting, contract mining, mining, oil and gas, drilling and exploration. The separate tank-and-chassis design and heavy duty build handle both on-road transport and on-site deployment.
How is the trailer braked?
Brake specification depends on the loaded weight, which depends on the custom configuration. Standard options are mechanical override (for lighter builds, no in-cab controller) or electric (for heavier builds, in-cab controller required). The projects team will confirm the brake spec for your build.
What is the lead time for a custom build?
Lead times vary with the specification and current workshop queue. Contact the projects team to discuss your requirements and confirm the lead time for your build.
What safety equipment do I need to carry?
Minimum 4.5 kg dry chemical fire extinguisher must travel with the trailer. Display correct Hazchem and dangerous goods placards during road transport per ADG Code requirements. Maintain records of fluid types and quantities stored, and follow normal site rules for spill response and earthing.
