Warranty at a glance.
Four things to know about your Graco linemarker warranty.
Graco-backed
All Graco linemarkers we sell come with the Graco factory warranty. We handle the claim on your behalf.
From date of purchase
Warranty starts the day you take delivery. Keep your receipt or order number on file.
Call us first
Don't ship anything before talking to us. Most faults can be diagnosed on a FaceTime call in minutes.
We do the paperwork
We submit the warranty claim to Graco, manage parts and repair, and keep you updated.
Coverage by Graco linemarker range.
Sourced from the Graco ANZ Warranty Term Summary for 2021 models onwards. Older units may have different coverage - check your original purchase paperwork or ask us.
Buying or servicing an older Graco unit?
The Graco ANZ warranty was different for 2017-2019 and 2020 models - generally 1 year across the board, with extended cover on motors and drive systems. Send us the serial number and we'll confirm the exact coverage.
Got a Wagner or Titan PowrLiner from somewhere else?
We're a registered repair agent and service centre for Wagner and Titan as well. We don't sell those brands new, but we supply parts and carry out repairs on them through our Deception Bay workshop. Call us with your model and serial number.
Covered vs not covered.
Graco's warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover wear-and-tear parts, damage from misuse, or anything modified outside the Graco / GO Industrial workshop.
What the warranty pays for.
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Pump and motor failures within the period
- Electronic and control system faults
- Drive train and battery faults (within manufacturer cover)
- Honda / Kohler engine failures (manufacturer warranty)
- Parts and labour at the authorised workshop
- Freight of the repaired unit back to you (warranty repairs)
What the warranty won't cover.
- Spray tips, packings, seals, filters - wear parts
- Glass beads, paint, thermoplastic, MMA - consumables
- Damage from running paint that's outside spec
- Damage from skipping the recommended clean-out
- Modifications or third-party repairs
- Cosmetic wear (paint stains, scratches, dents)
- Freight of the faulty unit to our workshop

Warranty questions.
Six common ones. Full FAQ knowledge base on the FAQ page.
How do I find my serial number?
It's printed on the Graco data plate - usually on the pump body or the cart frame. For LineLazer V series it's at the back of the unit above the rear wheels. For LineDriver units it's under the seat. Take a photo of the plate and email it to cs@goind.com.au if you're not sure.
Do I need to register the warranty?
No. Your warranty is active from the date of purchase - no separate registration step. Keep your GO Industrial invoice or order number on file as proof of purchase. If you want a serial number logged against your account on our side, send us a photo of the data plate and we'll record it.
What if I bought my linemarker from someone else?
If it's a Graco unit, the factory warranty travels with the machine - we can still claim under Graco on your behalf even if you didn't buy it from us. We'll need the serial number, the original purchase date, and the original invoice to confirm coverage. For Wagner or Titan units bought elsewhere, we're a registered repair agent and can quote parts and labour at normal service rates.
Who pays the freight on a warranty claim?
You cover the freight to send the faulty unit in to our Deception Bay workshop. Once the repair is approved and complete, GO Industrial covers the return freight back to you. If a warranty part can be sent out for self-fit, we ship it at no charge.
Will Graco replace the whole unit?
Almost never. Graco's standard remedy is repair, not replacement - faulty parts are swapped out at our authorised workshop, the unit is pump-tested, and sent back to you. Full unit replacement only applies in a small number of catastrophic-fault scenarios at Graco's discretion.
What about my Honda or Kohler engine?
Petrol engines (Honda or Kohler) and battery systems (DeWalt FlexVolt 54V / 60V) carry the engine or battery manufacturer's own warranty, not Graco's. That's typically 3 years for Honda and Kohler, and 3 years for DeWalt FlexVolt. We handle the claim path either through Graco where the engine is factory-fitted to a covered Graco unit, or directly through the manufacturer's network for standalone replacement engines.
Think you've got a warranty claim?
Call us first - it saves freight and saves time. We'll diagnose the fault, confirm cover, and walk you through what happens next.
