Spray gun warranty.
Every Graco sprayer we sell is backed by Graco's factory warranty. GO Industrial is your authorised service and warranty agent in Australia, so we handle the claim - parts, paperwork, and the workshop time. Wagner and Titan are serviced too as a registered repair agent.

Coverage by Graco sprayer range.
From the Graco ANZ Warranty Term Summary for 2021 models onwards. Older units may have different cover - check your original purchase paperwork or send us the serial number and we'll confirm.
Buying or servicing an older Graco unit?
For 2017-2020 models, the warranty looked different - lots of ranges sat at 1 year on most components, with lifetime cover on motors and drive systems on UltraMax II, Mark V and TexSpray ranges. Send us the serial number and we'll confirm exactly what you're covered for.
Covered vs not covered.
Graco's warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover wear parts, damage from misuse, or anything modified outside the Graco or GO Industrial workshop.
What the warranty pays for.
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Pump and motor failures within the period
- Electronic and control system faults (BlueLink, ProConnect)
- Turbine and HVLP system faults
- Pressure washer pump failures (5 years from 2021)
- Honda / Kohler engine failures (manufacturer warranty)
- Parts and labour at the authorised workshop
What the warranty won't cover.
- Spray tips, packings, seals, filters - wear parts
- Paint, primer, solvents, beads - consumables
- Damage from running material outside the unit's spec
- Damage from skipping the recommended clean-out
- Modifications, third-party guns, third-party parts
- Cosmetic wear (paint stains, scratches, dents)
- Freight of the faulty unit to our workshop

Warranty questions.
Six common ones. Full FAQ knowledge base on the FAQ page.
How do I find my serial number?
It's printed on the data plate - usually on the side or back of the pump body. For most PC ranges it's on a silver sticker near the pump motor. For Mark V / Mark X it's on the cart frame. Send us a photo if you're not sure.
Do I need to register the warranty?
No registration required. The warranty starts the day you take delivery and is automatic on any Graco sprayer bought through GO Industrial. Keep your order number or tax invoice on file so we can pull up the purchase date when you call.
What if I bought my sprayer from someone else?
Graco's factory warranty covers the original purchaser, not transferred owners. If you bought a second-hand unit we can still service it - we just can't claim it on warranty. Send us the serial number and we'll let you know what year it was sold and whether any factory cover is still in play.
Who pays the freight on a warranty claim?
Freight to our Deception Bay workshop is paid by you. Return freight on approved warranty repairs is covered. Strap the unit to a half-pallet, flush the pump first, and we can send you a Direct Freight Express consignment label if you'd rather we book it.
Will Graco replace the whole unit?
Almost never. Warranty cover is for repair - parts replaced and labour at our authorised workshop. The exception is total-loss diagnostics where the cost to repair exceeds the unit's value. In that case Graco's warranty department can authorise a replacement, but the call sits with them, not us.
What about my Honda or Kohler engine?
Petrol engines fitted to GH and GMAX hydraulic units, plus G Force II pressure washers, run on the engine manufacturer's own warranty - typically 3 years Honda, 3 years Kohler - not Graco's. We're a registered service centre for both, so we can claim the engine on your behalf when it fails.
Think you've got a warranty claim?
Call us first - it saves freight and saves time. We'll diagnose the fault, confirm cover, and walk you through what happens next.
