The Donaldson DBB7733 contains D.E.R.T. (Donaldson Electrostatic Reduction Technology) to minimise the effects of electrostatic discharge at high flow rates, so your bulk fluids filtration delivers the targeted ISO cleanliness of 16/14/11 for the duration of its service life.
Donaldson spin-on elements enable fast, simple and clean servicing without specialised tooling, lifting devices or elevated work platforms. The filter media has greater protection from environmental contamination during service and installation than common cartridge style elements.
Contaminant-loaded media is disposed of with the replaceable can, removing the need for manual cleaning of fixed infrastructure or direct handling of concentrated contaminants. The DBB7733 spin-on elements can be configured for high flow rates with minimal pressure drop.
Features
- Filtration Rating: Removes particulate to 7 micron at Beta 2000, a 99.95% capture rate at that size.
- Synteq XP Media: Synthetic media holds more contaminant than cellulose and keeps its rating as it loads, so the change interval is set by the tank, not the filter.
- Spin-On Service: Changes out by hand against the head gasket, so the head and its plumbing stay in place at every service.
- Standard Thread: The 1 3/4-12 UN thread fits the standard bulk filter heads, so filters can be stepped up or down in rating without changing hardware.
- Short Body: At 193 mm it goes into cabinets and skids where the 362 mm version will not fit.
