Instructions

  • Unscrew and remove RAC tip air cap assembly from gun.
  • Install new diffuser into gun. Torque to 155-165 in-lb (18-19 N•m).
  • Install spray tip in flat tip air cap assembly. Insert spray tip locating tab into locating slot in air cap.
  • Install flat tip air cap assembly
  • Remove diffuser assembly with gun tool.
  • Unscrew and remove air plug nut from gun.
  • Insert fan valve assembly. Torque to 155-165 in-lb (18-19 N•m).
