The TCS 700 rotary flow meter combines excellent accuracy with low pressure drop. Its compact, lightweight design offers minimal maintenance and a long service life, and it is built with advanced materials of construction for a broad range of measurement applications, supported by a full selection of accessories and electronic registration. It is suitable for use with diesel, petrol, aviation fuels, chemicals, AdBlue, lubricants and food products. The meter uses a simple, efficient design of a housing and three rotors that rotate in unison within the measuring chamber; with no metal to metal contact there is no wear to deteriorate accuracy, giving a long service life. The rotors are supported by bearings in two bearing plates, and a timing gear at the end of each rotor shaft transfers the timed rotation through the calibration adjuster to the register for consistent, accurate measurement. The 700 series is available in sizes from 700-15 to 700-65 with flows up to 1,000 GPM, and in meter type variants including all ferrous, industrial products, LPG, standard petroleum, aviation, stainless steel and DEF.
