  • What is in the Sprayer Accessories & Parts collection?

  • How do I match accessories to my Graco sprayer?

    Search by the model of the unit first. RAC X SwitchTips fit the full Graco airless paint sprayer family; pick orifice and fan width to match paint viscosity and line width per the coating TDS. BlueMax II hose pressure rating must match or exceed the unit pump max pressure. Filter mesh (30 or 50) matches the pump and gun pressure profile. Send the unit serial to GO if you want a matched accessory pack pulled in one order. Important: FFLP tips use a SMALLER seal than standard blue RAC X - swap the OneSeal when switching tip families.

  • RAC X LTX or RAC X FFLP for my work?

    RAC X LTX (standard contractor) for general paint: walls, ceilings, fences, exterior, decks. RAC X FFLP (Fine Finish Low Pressure) for cabinet, trim, door, woodwork and any fine-finish work where standard RAC X atomises too aggressively (25 to 40 percent lower operating pressure). Most cabinet contractors carry both: RAC X LTX for the bulk and FFLP for the show pieces. Swap the OneSeal when switching tip families.

  • BlueMax II hose: which length and ID?

    Match hose length to the working radius from the sprayer to the furthest spray point on the typical job. For interior residential work, 7.5 m (1/4 inch) usually covers most rooms. For exterior fence and large-area work, 15 m or longer reduces the need to move the unit frequently. For long-line and industrial work, 30 m and longer hose is standard. The BlueMax II range covers both 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch hose at multiple lengths. Best practice for viscous materials: 1/2 inch x 15 m out of manifold, step down to 3/8 inch x 15 m for the second length with a joining nipple - maximises flow from the pump while keeping gun-end manageable.

Tips and gun consumables. Graco RAC X SwitchTips: LTX (standard contractor airless), FFLP (Fine Finish Low Pressure at 25 to 40 percent below standard pressure), RAC X Tip Extensions, Low Pressure Switch Tip Range and matched tip guards. Important: FFLP tips use a SMALLER seal than standard blue RAC X; swap the OneSeal when switching tip families or the tip will leak.

Hose, filter, pump-side. Graco BlueMax II airless spray hose range covers 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch hose at multiple lengths. Best practice for viscous materials: 1/2 inch x 15 m out of the manifold, step down to 3/8 inch x 15 m for the second length with a joining nipple - maximises flow from the pump while keeping gun-end manageable. Manifold filters cover the 30 and 50 mesh range. Pump repair kits and Prime Valves match the unit serial. Hose fittings are NPT standard on Graco equipment.

Cleaning and maintenance. Pump Armour, TSL Throat Seal Liquid, FlexLiner cup assembly, gun rebuild kits - the end-of-shift care that keeps the unit in service over multi-year contractor use. Pump Armour at end of every shift is the single biggest determinant of pump rebuild interval.
