The FillSafe Power system requires 4 basic components:
Controller,
Actuated Valve,
Level Switch
Simple wiring harness to connect them all together.
The Controller is the heart of the FillSafe Power system, receiving input from a Level Switch to indicate when the tank has reached the required fill level. Once the triggered, the Controller will then automatically close an actuated valve.
FillSafe Power can be configured to suit any machine and is the only overfill protection system that indicates exactly when the tank is full, via a controller feedback LED.
Each controller is available in a range of configurations. These include:
Choice of Duetch Plug, MilSpec Plug, or M20 conduit entry termination.
Automatic close of valve functionality in 15, 30, 45 or minutes after 'FILL' button is pressed.
Left/Right Hand termination entry relative to the orientation of the interface.
