This Brady combination station provides everything needed to lock out both electrical and mechanical control points, including a universal valve lockout and an all-purpose cable lockout. It is constructed of sturdy polystyrene with pre-drilled holes for wall mounting and pegboard-style holes for hooks on the back and sides. It comes with eight hooks, and a built-in lock rail holds 20 to 25 locks depending on lock size.
