The Donaldson Blue DBB8664 Filter Element is compatible with diesel, engine and gear oil and provides the targeted ISO cleanliness level of 18/16/13 for the duration of its service life. The DBB8664 features 25 micron particulate removal at efficiency Beta 2000.
Donaldson spin-on elements enable fast, simple and clean servicing without specialised tooling, lifting devices or elevated work platforms, and contaminant-loaded media is disposed of with the replaceable can, removing the need for manual cleaning of fixed infrastructure.
Features
- Filtration Rating: Removes particulate to 25 micron at Beta 2000, a 99.95% capture rate at that size.
- Heavy Oil Duty: The 25 micron cut suits heavy gear and engine oils, where a finer element would blind off before the oil is clean.
- Synthetic Media: Synthetic media holds its rating as it loads, unlike cellulose which passes more as it fills.
- Spin-On Service: Changes out by hand against the head gasket, so the head and its plumbing stay in place.
- Standard Thread: The 1 3/4-12 UN thread fits the standard bulk filter heads.
