Filtering oil before it is dispensed into equipment is critical to meeting the ISO cleanliness specifications demanded by today's OEMs, and Donaldson Bulk hP filters provide high efficiency filtration in a single pass. Workshops use high pressure pumps to force oil through long lengths of piping and hose reels before dispensing into equipment.
Donaldson Bulk hP filters remove contaminants delivered in the oil and picked up in storage or delivery lines during final transfer, so the required ISO cleanliness level is met every time.
Features
- Filtration Rating: Removes particulate to 8 micron at Beta 2000, a 99.95% capture rate at that size.
- Spin-On Service: Changes out by hand against the head gasket, so the head stays plumbed into the line.
- Collapse Rated: A 20.7 bar collapse burst rating means the element holds its shape on cold thick oil, when pressure drop is at its worst.
- M85 Thread: The M85 x 2 thread fits the hP heads, so ratings can be changed without touching hardware.
- Clean Disposal: The can is recyclable and the element is incinerable, so a used filter is not a drum problem.
