The Donaldson P564669 DN25 (1") LED TRAP breather features an LED indicator that flashes red once the breather needs to be replaced. Donaldson T.R.A.P. breathers collect and expel moisture out of tanks and drums. Donaldson T.R.A.P. breathers strip moisture vapour from intake air and expel it back to the atmosphere on the outflow cycle, continuously regenerating their water holding capacity so there is no need to change the breather due to water saturation, unlike desiccant filters. For every litre of liquid dispensed from a tank or drum, a litre of moisture and dust laden air enters the vessel, and the TRAP breather filters that air to protect the cleanliness of the stored liquid. The electronic indicator is actuated by pressure differential, has an indicator setting of 1 psid (6.9 kPa), and is powered by a 3V CR2032 lithium battery.

- Keeps Air Out: A tank breathes in dirty humid air every time it is drawn down. This filters that air before it reaches the fluid.
- Fit and Forget: No electrical or air connection, so it works on remote tanks and mobile units with nothing to power.
- 1 NPT Connection: Threads into a 1 inch NPT tank port, 114 mm across and 115 mm tall.
- Service Indicator: The LED indicator shows when the element has loaded, so it is changed on condition.
