Product details

The orange Fusion ProConnect cartridge carries the entire fluid section of a Fusion MMA PC gun in one piece. The integrated A and B side check valves and every fluid-side o-ring come out and go back in as a single unit, so a front-end rebuild becomes a swap you can do between jobs instead of a strip-down on a workshop bench.

This is the MMA cartridge, and it is the only fluid cartridge listed in the LineLazer V 200MMA manual. It is the part to run when you are spraying 1:1 cold applied plastic: signalised intersections, bus lanes, high-wear corners, and the ATS 4110 work where a five year plus line life is the whole point of the job. The standard blue ProConnect cartridge (19Y300) covers non-flammable foam and polyurea instead.

The gun is rated to 3500 PSI (245 BAR) at up to 94°C fluid temperature. On a LineLazer V 200MMA the machine is the lower limit at 3300 PSI (228 BAR), so that is the ceiling you actually work to. A Fusion PC MMA gun (25U857) arrives with one cartridge fitted and two spares. A Fusion AP gun converted with the MMA Retrofit Kit (26D973) comes with three.

Neither the single nor the 4 pack includes the cartridge tools. Order the tool kit (25P660) alongside your first cartridge, otherwise you will not have the jack screw, grease tool and divider needed to get the old cartridge out.

Features
  • Built For MMA: The only fluid cartridge listed in the LineLazer V 200MMA manual for 1:1 cold applied plastic.

  • Single-Piece Fluid Section: Replaces the individual parts of a traditional fluid section rebuild with one cartridge.

  • Integrated Check Valves: A and B side check valves are built in for cross-over containment, so both are renewed at every change.

  • No Loose O-Rings: Every fluid-side o-ring is fitted in the cartridge, which removes the need to buy and stage a separate o-ring kit.

  • Jobsite Serviceable: Swaps in the field with the cartridge tool kit rather than a workshop strip-down, so a worn front end does not end the shift.

  • Known Wear Signals: Misting from the mix chamber or spray tip adapter, or A and B fluid found inside the cartridge, both point to worn side seals and a cartridge change.

  • Rated Duty: 3500 PSI (245 BAR) maximum fluid working pressure and 94°C maximum fluid temperature at the gun.

  • Tools Sold Separately: Neither the single nor the 4 pack includes the jack screw, grease tool and divider, so order the tool kit as 25P660.
Included accessories

Each cartridge is a complete Fusion MMA PC fluid section: integrated A and B side check valves, all fluid-side o-rings, and the cartridge housing, assembled and ready to fit.

  • 1 Pack (25V433): one MMA fluid cartridge.
  • 4 Pack (25V432): four MMA fluid cartridges.

Neither pack includes the cartridge tools. Order the jack screw, grease tool and divider separately as 25P660. A new Fusion PC MMA gun (25U857) ships with one cartridge fitted and two spares; the MMA Retrofit Kit (26D973) includes three.

FAQs

Common questions.

Which gun does this cartridge fit?
It fits the Fusion PC MMA spray gun (25U857), and a Fusion AP gun that has been converted using the MMA Retrofit Kit (26D973). The cartridge carries the complete fluid section, so the one part covers the whole front-end rebuild.
Why the orange cartridge rather than the blue one?
Orange is the MMA cartridge and the only fluid cartridge listed in the LineLazer V 200MMA manual, so it is the part to run for 1:1 MMA and cold applied plastic. The blue cartridge (19Y300) is the standard Fusion PC part, covered by its own gun manual for non-flammable foam and polyurea. Both manuals publish the same wetted-parts text, so the case for orange on MMA is the manual listing and the warranty position rather than a published seal difference.
How do I know when the cartridge needs replacing?
Two signals in the manual point straight at the cartridge. Misting from the mix chamber or spray tip adapter, and A or B fluid found inside the cartridge, both indicate damaged side seals and mean the cartridge should be replaced. If the gun is passing only one chemical or none at all, the check valves or the cartridge may be plugged instead, which the manual's fluid cartridge restriction test will separate.
Do I need the cartridge tools?
Yes, and they are not in the box. Neither the single nor the 4 pack includes the jack screw, grease tool and divider, so order the tool kit as 25P660 with your first cartridge. Without it you cannot get the old cartridge out.
How many spare cartridges come with a new gun?
A Fusion PC MMA gun (25U857) ships with one cartridge fitted and two spares. A Fusion AP gun converted with the MMA Retrofit Kit (26D973) comes with three cartridges.
What pressure does it run at?
The gun is rated to a maximum fluid working pressure of 3500 PSI (245 BAR) at up to 94 degrees C. On a LineLazer V 200MMA the machine is the lower limit at 3300 PSI (228 BAR), so that is the working ceiling on the striper.
