Spray pattern alignment and pathing tool helps ensure the accuracy and repeatability needed to keep production moving on automated finishing systems with robots, reciprocators, or flat line machines. It is easily attached and detached from a Stellair Auto air spray gun.
Patented automatic air spray gun accessory produces stellar results for industrial finishing applications, such as automotive, industrial metal and plastic components, wood products and architectural structures.
- Gauge helps paint line operators and service technicians quickly set the angle of the air cap, so that it matches the part being sprayed, reducing overspray and material waste.
- Path guide shows operators and robot programmers the spray center point and the distance between the gun and the workpiece. This prevents uneven coverage and runs, especially when used for robot pathing.
