Viscon HF Fluid Heaters for Explosive Atmospheres
- Developed to handle the highest viscosity coatings such as 100% solids epoxies coatings and epoxy fireproofing materials
- The patent-pending design has a triple-path spiral core that can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
- Increased flow capacity: The Viscon HF has over three (3) times more flow capacity compared to the standard Viscon HP heaters.
- Increased heat capacity: The Viscon HF heaters have 35% more wattage; 5400 watts compared to 4000W for the standard Viscon HP heaters.
- Available in manual thermostat or externally controlled versions.
- Cleanable and replaceable fluid core – repair instead of replace.
- 7250 psi (500 bar, 50 MPA) pressure rating – handles the highest pressure rating of Graco protective coating sprayers.
- Temperature operating range: 84 to 219°F (29 to 104°C)
- Same mounting configuration as standard Viscon HP heaters – Easy to retrofit onto existing equipment.
