Applications

Use ValvolineTM Clear Brake Fluid DOT 4 when DOT 4 brake fluid is specified. Before opening the master cylinder, clean the cap and surrounding area to prevent dirt or grease from contaminating the brake fluid. Do not open the master cylinder outdoors when it is raining or snowing. Do not open the master cylinder in an area of airborne dust or dirt. Check the fluid level and fill the reservoir to the level recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.

Clear Brake Fluid DOT 4 meets vehicle manufacturer requirements for DOT 4 hydraulic brake fluids and is suitable for brakes operating under extreme and heavy duty conditions.
