The ZVA 25 automatic shut-off nozzle is a heavy duty diesel and petrol nozzle approved for refuelling in resale pumping applications.
A sensor in the spout detects when the vehicle tank is full and shuts the nozzle off before fuel spills. At up to 140 litres per minute it is a high-flow nozzle, suited to fill points where large volumes of diesel or petrol go out at a time and a retail-speed nozzle would hold up the queue.
ZVA nozzles are a widely recognised forecourt-style design, known for careful engineering and sturdy manufacturing. This model carries a three-stage stay-open latch, a style 4 trigger guard and a black scuff guard for nozzle protection. It is rated for petrol, diesel, fuel oil, petroleum, Avgas and Jet A-1, and is not suitable for viscous oils or water.

- Built-In Check Valve: Holds the hose full between fills so the next operator gets flow straight away.
- 3-Stage Lever Latch: Three hold-open positions with a removable latch pin, so flow can be matched to the filler neck.
- Safety Cut-Out Attitude Valve: Shuts the nozzle down if it is dropped or ends up at the wrong angle mid-fill.
- Certified For Resale And Hazardous Areas: Meets EN 13012 and carries ATEX II 1G and TUV approval for use on measuring installations.
- Aluminium Body With Scuff Cover: An aluminium body and spout under a soft-PVC cover that takes the knocks around a truck fill point.
