Low-viscosity shutdown grease for the Fusion PC gun on the LineLazer V 200MMA. Each 3 oz (85 g) cartridge loads into the 117792 Fusion grease gun.
At the end of each day, two shots into the gun's grease fitting are carried by the purge air through the air chamber, impingement ports and mix chamber nozzle. The grease coats those surfaces so MMA material cannot cure in the fluid passages overnight, which keeps the gun clean and the PC cartridge lasting longer.
Available as a single cartridge (117773) or a 10 pack (248280). One cartridge comes with a new gun; the 10 pack covers crews greasing the gun every working day.

Installation
Grease the gun at the end of every spraying day, with the machine still running.
- Carry out the pressure relief procedure in the machine manual.
- Close fluid valves A and B on the hose manifold with the 5/16 in nut driver.
- Leave the purge air valve on and the gun de-triggered.
- Remove the grease fitting cap. Using the grease gun, dispense grease into the fitting until a grease mist sprays from the mix chamber nozzle. Use 2 shots maximum and do not over-grease.
- Keep the grease mist off sprayed lines.
- Refit the grease fitting cap.
