  • Which pump repair kit fits my Mark sprayer?

    Match by unit serial. Pump Repair Kit is a range product covering multiple Mark variants - the variant selection depends on the specific Mark V XT, Mark V HD 3-in-1, Mark X HD ProContractor or Standard unit and serial. For Mark V XT (Vortex pump), request the matched Vortex repacking kit - cartridge pre-packed system, repackable in-house without a Graco service agent. Send the unit serial to GO and we will pull the matched repair kit, prime valve and carbide seat for one delivery.

  • Carbide seat or standard seat?

    Carbide Seat Kits are designed for abrasive-material unit use: texture, plaster, mortar, render, drywall mud and similar high-aggregate or fast-wear materials. The carbide resists abrasive wear better than standard valve seats and extends service interval significantly on Mark V and Mark X HD unit running texture / plaster. Use carbide on any abrasive-material unit. Standard seat for paint-only unit.

  • How often should I service a Mark V XT pump?

    Inspect packings at every shift change on production work, replace when pump bypass appears (paint pressure dropping during continuous spray). The Vortex pump cartridge pre-packed packing system on Mark V XT can be repacked in-house without a Graco service agent - significantly faster than the traditional packing-stacking approach. Replace carbide seat at the interval specified in the Graco Mark operator manual - typically more often than standard seat. End-of-day Pump Armour flush extends service interval significantly; skipping it is the most common cause of premature pump failure.

  • Do you stock the prime valve range?

    Yes. Graco Prime Valves cover the prime / spray valve assembly that switches the unit between prime mode (priming the pump) and spray mode (delivering material to the gun). Standard wear part on Mark family unit; replace when the valve handle becomes loose or the prime cycle starts taking longer.

  • Lock washer and plain washer - when do I need these?

    Standard hardware replacement on the pump assembly. Replace lock washer when assembling or rebuilding the pump (re-using a lock washer reduces clamping force). Plain washer for bolt-thread spacing in the pump housing assembly. Carry one set of each per service interval.

Spare parts for the Graco TexSpray family: Mark V XT HD 3-in-1, Mark V HD 3-in-1, Mark VII HD 3-in-1, Mark X HD, RTX5500PX and the TexSpray Mark IV Standard / ProContractor units. Endurance Chromex and Vortex MaxLife replacement pumps, Mark IV Standard Packing Repair Kit, common pump repair kits (24N012 for TexSpray + DutyMax + GH 230DI), prime valves, carbide seat kits, pump housing washers, lock washers and the TexSpray Air Spray Trigger Gun (24S135 for RTX 5000px / 5500px) and TexSpray RTX Non-Bleeder Gun (248091).

Replacement pumps. Endurance Chromex Piston Pump (17H828) for TexSpray Mark IV Standard - chrome-plated rod for extended packing life. Endurance Vortex MaxLife Piston Pump (17H832) for TexSpray Mark IV ProContractor - the Vortex pump rotates the rod instead of vertical piston drive, packings last around 6 times longer than the standard piston-pump system through cartridge pre-packed packings and the Extreme Rod composite material.

Pump-side wear. Pump Repair Kit 24N012 covers TexSpray, DutyMax and GH 230DI pump rebuild. TexSpray Mark IV Standard Packing Repair Kit (24V063) covers Mark IV Standard packing replacement. Carbide Seat Kit is the abrasive-material valve seat for texture / plaster work and significantly extends service interval on abrasive duty.

Spray guns + tips. TexSpray Air Spray Trigger Gun (24S135) for RTX 5000px and 5500px. TexSpray RTX Non-Bleeder Gun (248091) for RTX work where the trigger holds the air closed when not spraying. Pair with TexSpray nozzles + Buck Rogers air nozzle disk tips for the full spray-side replacement set.

Hardware. Lock Washer and Plain Washer cover standard pump assembly hardware replacement. Re-using a worn lock washer reduces clamping force - replace with a new lock washer in any pump rebuild. Pump Housing Washer (115099) standard.

Service note: abrasive material accelerates wear. Abrasive texture, plaster, drywall mud, render and similar fast-wear materials shorten pump packing and seat life compared to paint-only units. Use the Carbide Seat Kit on any abrasive-material unit. End-of-shift cleaning is critical - paint left in the pump dries and damages the next day's run.
