Using The Graco JetRoller to Airless Spray & Roll Exterior Cladding

The Graco JetRoller in action! Spraying and back rolling simultaneously saved Thomas from Vibrant Solutions Painting Service a tonne of time tackling the exterior of this new build.

Lightweight and portable, the JetRoller consists of a spray roller, a spray extension and a hand roller in one complete kit. The kit hooks on to any existing airless sprayer - and also has an option to BYO airless hand-piece, using a 45-degree attachment to screw on the roller extension and frame. These JetRollers only require approximately 1500psi when spraying/rolling to achieve a fantastic finish - we were using a Graco Ultra 395PC during this project.

A 270mm roller handler extension and CleanShot shut-off valve are coupled to maximise coverage and reduce any spitting from the inline Contractor gun. Thomas was running a Rac X LTX721 SwitchTip to match the width of the roller and a 1-metre heavy-duty extension.
