The Donaldson Blue DBB0248 water removal filter element is compatible with ethanol-free fluids such as diesel and is built with super absorbent media to remove water efficiently at high flow rates, blocking the passage of free water.
Donaldson spin-on elements enable fast, simple and clean servicing without specialised tooling, lifting devices or elevated work platforms, and contaminant-loaded media is disposed of with the replaceable can. The DBB0248 spin-on elements can be configured for high flow rates with minimal pressure drop.
Features
- Water Removal: Strips 95% of emulsified water out of the fuel, the water that a settling tank and a separator both leave behind.
- Synteq XP Media: Synthetic media handles the particulate load at the same time, so one element does both jobs.
- Spin-On Service: Changes out by hand against the head gasket, so the head and its plumbing stay in place.
- Standard Thread: The 1 3/4-12 UN thread fits the standard bulk filter heads, so it can be swapped in on an existing bank.
- Full Length Body: The 362 mm body carries enough media to hold a real water load before it needs changing.
