Overview
The Donaldson P568583 Filter Head, from GO Industrial, features robust aluminium construction with steel inserts to minimise metal-to-metal bonding, or galling, between the head and the filter, even when used with diesel fuel.
The threaded insert contains an O-ring seal eliminating cross contamination from the unfiltered to clean side of the fitted elements. Viton® seals are compatible with a wide range of fluids and maintain their integrity in cold weather.
Features
- Dual Element: Two elements in parallel double the media area, so flow stays up and change intervals stretch out.
- Code 61 Flanges: 1 1/2 inch SAE 4-bolt Code 61 inlet and outlet handle the pressure and flow that threaded ports cannot.
- No Bypass: There is no bypass valve, so every litre goes through the media rather than around it.
- DN40 Capacity: Sized for bulk transfer and tank-to-tank duty rather than a single dispenser.
- Adaptable Ports: The P506071 flanged adaptor converts the Code 61 ports to 1 1/2 inch BSP where threaded plumbing is preferred.
