Overview

Designed for robust performance in demanding fluid handling systems, the FILTER GO Element 6um Particulate (GO37-13-2-SMX6) provides high-efficiency filtration for fuels, oils, and other hydrocarbons. Featuring advanced 6-micron glass fiber (Sm-x) filter media (ß₇(c) ≥ 200), this element effectively captures contaminants to protect critical components in systems handling diesel, petrol, hydraulic oils, and lubrication fluids. Engineered for use with the GO2214-047 Filter Head, this spin-on element combines high dirt-holding capacity with low pressure drop in a durable, easy-to-service format suitable for a wide range of industrial and mobile applications. The construction, including NBR seals, offers broad compatibility with common petroleum-based fluids. (For fluids with unique compositions or additives, verification of compatibility is recommended).

How it Works

When installed on the GO2214-047 filter head, the FILTER GO Element (GO37-13-2-SMX6) directs incoming fluid through its external surface and into the high-efficiency 6-micron glass fiber (Sm-x) media. As the fluid flows radially inward, particulate contaminants are trapped within the depth of the filter material. Clean, filtered fluid then exits through the element's central core, returning to the system protected from harmful particles.
