GO FILL FILTER Head DN32 (1 1/4") BSP F 160lpm

The GO FILL Filter Head DN32, from GO Industrial, is a high-performance filter head designed for use in diesel dispensing systems requiring flow rates up to 160 LPM.

This aluminium filter head features an optimal flow path to minimise pressure drop and offers a reliable mounting point for GO Fill Particulate Removal and Water Removal filter elements. Its compact, modular design allows for flexibility, including options for visual or electrical pressure differential indicators to monitor filter element condition. The GO Fill filter head provides a quality, serviceable solution for demanding diesel filtration applications.

How it Works

The GO FILL Filter Head serves as the mounting interface and flow director within a diesel dispensing system.

Installed directly into the piping via its DN32 (1 1/4") BSP F ports, it receives unfiltered diesel from the inlet port and channels it to the attached GO Fill Particulate Removal and / or Water Removal filter element (sold separately). After passing through the GO FILL filter element, the cleaned diesel returns to the GO FILL filter head and exits through the outlet port back into the system.

The filter head ensures proper sealing of the filter element and provides connection points for optional differential pressure indicators.

Differential Pressure Indication

To ensure maximum fuel quality and prevent costly system downtime, active monitoring of your filter saturation levels is critical. Particulate and water-absorbing elements naturally become restricted as they trap microscopic contaminants and strip out moisture.

If left unmonitored, saturated elements can cause severe pressure drops, reduce flow rates, and risk passing dirty diesel into high-pressure common rail (HPCR) engine components.

To provide clear visibility on element life, the GO FILL FILTER Head can be packaged with either the GO FILL Electrical Differential Pressure Indicator Output Module (GO-VIE77536550) for automated telemetry and alert integration, or the GO FILL Mechanical Differential Pressure Indicator (GO-VI77669971) for direct visual inspection at the tank.

Equipping your filter head with these indicators ensures timely maintenance, protecting your fuel supply and guaranteeing that only clean, dry diesel is dispensed every time.
