The GO Containerised Diesel / AdBlue Self Bunded Tank range is a containerised self bunded tank manufactured with two compartments. One compartment stores diesel, while the second, fully 304 stainless steel compartment, stores AdBlue.
The location of the diesel and AdBlue compartments within the tank footprint can be fully customised, and the respective compartment volumes can be tailored so the tank suits your specific site requirements.
Features
UL Listed: Approved to UL142 and ULC-S601, certificate #20120912-MH49221.
AdBlue Compartment: Full 304 stainless steel primary tank with carbon steel secondary tank, all wetted parts in 304 stainless steel, dedicated 304 stainless fill and suction lines, and customisable capacity.
Diesel Compartment: Carbon steel primary and secondary tanks with dedicated fill and suction lines and customisable capacity.
Double Wall: Self bunded (double wall) tank with a unique rounded rectangular design.
Container Footprint: Manufactured to standard 10ft, 20ft, 40ft and 48ft container footprints.
CSC Plated: CSC plated as a standard shipping container for transport by sea, rail or road.
Tank Profile: A rounded rectangular profile maximises storage footprint while maintaining full under-tank visibility for long term storage.
Approvals: Designed and approved to UL142, ULC-S601, BS799, AS1940, AS1692 and AS1657.
Integrated Valving: GO designed and manufactured 80mm (3") anti-syphon valve and overfill protection valve, with an option to fit the Banlaw pressure-less overfill protection system.
Overfill Alarm: Battery operated (12V) overfill alarm.
Fill Inlet: 80mm (3") fill line with Sch 40 pipe, ANSI 150# flanges, camlock male fitting with dust cap, fire safe ball valve and wafer style non-return valve.
Suction Outlet: 80mm (3") suction line with Sch 40 pipe, ANSI 150# flanges terminating with a fire safe ball valve.
Pump Bay: Choice of integrated or clip-on bunded pump bay housing with removable side panels, heavy duty lockable container doors and weatherproof seals.
Ladder and Platform: Integrated ladder and platform designed to AS1657, with infill pieces and side staircase modules available for tank farm access systems.
Manway: 600mm manway with integrated ladder into the tank module; two manways on all tanks larger than 12,000L.
Paint: Paint colour RAL9003 Signal White, sandblasted to SA2 standard, Hempel Marine Paint 3 stage process, finished dry film thickness no less than 180 um.
Optional Baffles: Option for baffling to allow the tank to be moved with liquid.
Liquids Compatibility: Suitable for the storage and dispensing of diesel, lubricants, gasoline (petrol) and waste oil.
Multiple Compartments: Multiple compartment tanks are available in all footprints for storing multiple grades or types of liquids.
De-Watering: Rounded floor profile with an engineered low point and a 25mm suction line for water removal.
