The Graco 16T646 Air Switch is the genuine OEM replacement valve that triggers the pneumatic bead delivery system on Graco line stripers. It's a 3-way pneumatic plunger valve that mounts behind the Flex Plus gun lever. Pull the trigger, the plunger opens the air path, and the auto bead guns fire in step with the paint gun for consistent bead coverage.
Being a genuine Graco part, it drops straight into the trigger bracket with no modification, so you keep the fit and air seal the machine was built around. Built for daily use in pavement marking.
Fitting: Align the new switch so the trigger bracket engages the push button, connect the air lines to the matching ports, then test the air function and confirm the bead gun fires before loading material.
