The Graco 16V046 is the genuine OEM adjustable air flow restrictor that tunes bead drop timing on Graco pressurised bead systems. One restrictor sits in the air line between the 16T646 air switch and the pneumatic bead gun; a second fits on the air release outlet, the middle tube on the 16T646.
Adjust the restrictor on the bead gun line to set the delay from spray start to bead drop, so beads land on wet paint rather than ahead of it. Adjust the restrictor on the air release outlet to set the delay from spray stop to bead drop stop, so beading cuts off cleanly at the end of each pass. It threads straight into the existing air lines with no modification, and it's built for daily use in pavement marking.
