Product details

The Fusion ProConnect cartridge carries the entire fluid section of a Fusion PC gun in one piece. The 13 parts a traditional rebuild works through, including the integrated A and B side check valves and every fluid-side o-ring, come out and go back in as a single unit. That turns a workshop strip-down into a swap you can do on the job.

It suits a Fusion PC spray gun, or a Fusion AP gun converted with the ProConnect Conversion Kit. The gun runs to a maximum fluid working pressure of 3500 PSI (245 BAR) at a maximum fluid temperature of 94°C. Keeping a spare on the truck means a worn or blocked front end does not end the shift: fit the fresh cartridge, keep spraying, and service the used one back at the workshop.

This is the standard blue ProConnect cartridge, covered by the Fusion PC gun manual for non-flammable foam and polyurea. If you are spraying 1:1 MMA or cold applied plastic through a LineLazer V 200MMA, the orange MMA cartridge (25V433) is the part listed in that machine's manual. Plenty of pavement crews run the blue cartridge, so if you are not certain which one suits your material, talk to us before you order.

Available as a single cartridge, a 3 pack or a 5 pack. The 5 pack includes the cartridge tool set (jack screw, grease tool and divider tool). The single and 3 pack do not, so order the tool kit separately (25P660) if this is your first ProConnect change.

Features
  • Single-Piece Fluid Section: Replaces the 13 individual parts of a traditional Fusion PC fluid section rebuild with one cartridge.

  • Integrated Check Valves: A and B side check valves are built into the cartridge for cross-over containment, so both are renewed at every change.

  • No Loose O-Rings: Every fluid-side o-ring is fitted in the cartridge, which removes the need to buy and stage a separate o-ring kit.

  • Jobsite Serviceable: Designed to be swapped in the field with the Fusion PC cartridge tool kit rather than stripped down on a workshop bench.

  • Backup Gun Cover: A spare cartridge brings a second or standby gun back into service without waiting on a parts order.

  • Rated Duty: Runs at up to 3500 PSI (245 BAR) maximum fluid working pressure and 94°C maximum fluid temperature in a Fusion PC gun.

  • Tools In The 5 Pack: The 5 pack ships with the jack screw, grease tool and divider tool; the single and 3 pack do not include them.
Included accessories

Each cartridge is a complete Fusion PC fluid section: integrated A and B side check valves, all fluid-side o-rings, and the cartridge housing, assembled and ready to fit.

  • 1 Pack (19Y300): one fluid cartridge.
  • 3 Pack (19Y301): three fluid cartridges.
  • 5 Pack (19Y308): five fluid cartridges, plus the cartridge tool set (jack screw, grease tool and divider tool).

The cartridge tool kit is not supplied with the 1 pack or 3 pack. Order it separately as 25P660 if you have not changed a ProConnect cartridge before.

FAQs

Common questions.

Which gun does this cartridge fit?
It fits the Fusion PC spray gun, and a Fusion AP gun that has been converted using the ProConnect Conversion Kit. The cartridge carries the complete fluid section, so the one part covers the whole front-end rebuild.
What is the difference between the blue and the orange ProConnect cartridge?
The blue cartridge (19Y300) is the standard Fusion PC part, covered by the Fusion PC gun manual for non-flammable foam and polyurea. The orange cartridge (25V433) is the part listed in the LineLazer V 200MMA manual for 1:1 MMA and cold applied plastic. Plenty of pavement crews run the blue cartridge, so if you are unsure which one suits the material you are spraying, talk to us before you order.
How many parts does one cartridge replace?
Thirteen. The cartridge carries the integrated A and B side check valves and every fluid-side o-ring, so there is no separate o-ring kit to buy or stage.
Can I change a cartridge on site?
Yes. It is built for a jobsite swap rather than a workshop strip-down. Keep a spare on the truck, fit it when the front end wears or blocks, and service the used cartridge back at the workshop when it suits.
Do I need the cartridge tools?
The 5 pack (19Y308) includes the jack screw, grease tool and divider tool. The 1 pack and 3 pack do not, so order the tool kit separately as 25P660 if this is your first cartridge change.
Which pack size should I carry?
One spare per gun is the usual starting point. Crews running several guns, or long runs where a stoppage is expensive, generally move to the 3 pack or 5 pack so a cartridge change never waits on a delivery.
