Product details

The LineLazer 250 Conditional Registration Kit is the lighting, signalling and electrical package GO Industrial fits to self-propelled Graco LineLazer V 250 line stripers so they can be conditionally registered for use on public roads. It meets the conditional registration requirements of every Australian state and territory road authority: TMR (QLD), Transport for NSW, VicRoads, DIT (SA), DoT (WA), Department of State Growth (TAS), MVR (NT) and Access Canberra (ACT).

The kit is built around a powder-coated mast and light bar frame that mounts to the 250 chassis and carries the amber beacon and two LED work lights above the operator. It suits the LineLazer V 250SPS HP Reflective, LineLazer V 250SPS HP Automatic and LineLazer V 250DC.

Fitting a LineDriver ride-on attachment instead? It takes the LineDriver Conditional Registration Kit.

Features
  • Australia-wide compliance: Lighting, signalling and audible warning are specified to the conditional registration requirements of every Australian state and territory.

  • Mast and light bar frame: Powder-coated safety orange frame mounts to the LineLazer V 250 chassis and carries the beacon and work lights above the operator.

  • LED rotating beacon: Amber LED beacon, SAE Class 1 and ECE-R65 approved, 120 flashes per minute, mounted on the light bar.

  • Two LED work lights: Two 2,350 lumen LED work lights on the light bar, IP67 | IP6K9K, 9-32V multivolt.

  • Rear stop, tail and indicator lamps: Two ADR-approved LED combination lamps, sealed and epoxy-encapsulated, 12-24V multivolt.

  • Licence plate light: ADR-approved white LED lamp on the rear frame, 12-24V multivolt.

  • Disc horn: 12V dual-tone horn, 110 dB(A) at 1 metre.

  • Labelled switch panel: Operator panel with seven labelled controls: rotary light, work light, horn, tail lights, left indicator, right indicator and battery.

  • Battery master switch: Panel-mounted master switch isolates the battery between shifts and for servicing.

  • Circuit protection: 15A auto-reset circuit breaker on the lighting feed, with the battery negative isolated from the machine frame.

  • Sealed Deutsch connectors: Lamps and beacon plug into the loom through Deutsch DT connectors with environmental seals, so a damaged lamp can be swapped without rewiring.

FAQs

Common questions.

Will this kit pass conditional registration inspection in all Australian states?
Yes. The kit's lighting, signalling, audible warning and electrical components are specified to satisfy the equipment requirements of every state and territory's conditional registration scheme. Registration paperwork is submitted to the road authority in the state where the machine will be operated.
Which LineLazer models does the kit fit?
Graco LineLazer V 250SPS HP Reflective (17H468, 17H469), LineLazer V 250SPS HP Automatic (17H467) and LineLazer V 250DC (17H473, 17H474).
How is this different from the LineDriver kit?
The electrical package is the same. The 250 kit uses a mast and light bar frame built for the self-propelled 250 chassis and carries two work lights instead of one.
Can GO Industrial fit the kit for me?
Yes. GO Industrial fits and commissions the kit at our Brisbane workshop, or on-site at your depot by arrangement. Fitment includes a full circuit test and a handover walkthrough of the operator switch panel.
What is conditional registration?
Conditional registration is a road-authority scheme that allows specific classes of plant, including ride-on and self-propelled line marking machines, to be operated on public roads under defined conditions without meeting full light-vehicle standards. Each Australian state and territory administers its own scheme.
Do I need to re-fit the kit if I move the machine between states?
No. The components stay fitted. You will need to update the registration paperwork with the road authority of the new operating state, but the physical kit does not change.
How do I isolate the battery?
Turn the battery master switch on the side panel to off. It cuts power to the starter and every lighting circuit. Switch it off at the end of each shift and before any service work.
What happens if a lighting circuit shorts?
The 15A auto-reset circuit breaker trips and cuts the lighting feed. It resets itself once the fault is cleared and the breaker cools. If it keeps tripping, stop and have the wiring checked.
Is the kit covered by warranty?
Yes. GO Industrial provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure under normal operating conditions.
