The Graco ToughTek M680a piston pump handles abrasive materials such as epoxy mortars, non-skid coatings and cementitious materials, and tackles difficult polymers with fillers such as glass flake, silica or sand. Its all stainless design makes cleanup of epoxy mortars easy. It is a portable pump for mortar, cementitious and heavily filled materials.
Low pressure pumping, from 200 to 500 psi (13.7 to 34.5 bar), reduces wear on the pump lower, and the unit gives less material waste and a more consistent finish than hand-trowelling. A high velocity flush makes cleaning fast, the pump can be quickly disassembled for hand cleaning, and its explosion-proof design suits hazardous spray areas.

HTX 680 applicator: for lighter materials that do not pack out, giving a controlled pattern, order part number 24U209.
Large capacity hopper: a 25 gallon (95 litre) hopper kit that connects to the M680a to minimise refills, order part number 24W889.
