NXT Check-Mate pumps are high-volume air-operated piston pumps for bulk lubricant transfer, in-plant runs and remote fill on mine sites. These models are supplied without DataTrak, in ratios from 14:1 to 68:1 to suit the material and line length.
All models run on 0 to 7 bar (0 to 100 psi) air with a 3/4 in NPT(F) air inlet and 1-1/2 in NPT(M) fluid outlet, and are rated for annual usage above 9,000 kg. The 55:1 is a wall mount model; the other ratios are floor standing.
