Render tape is a different tool to painters tape. The job is holding on rough, porous, abrasive surfaces, render, masonry, brick and plastic sheeting, and then coming off in one piece rather than shredding into the substrate.
That is what the cloth backing does. Where the flat paper on Envo Tape will tear if you pull it off brickwork, this lifts clean. It is rated 14 days plus for UV and weather, and iQuip specify it as engineered for harsh Australian conditions.
Three widths on 25m rolls. If you are masking plastic sheeting to a rendered wall, this is the tape that holds both ends of that joint.
